- Providing alignment on Change Management process and internal scheduling
Deliverables
Using Mirantis standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered to the client:- Migration Readiness and Architecture Assessment Report
- k0s Cluster Deployment and Configuration Package
- Workload and Data Migration Execution
- Post-Migration Validation and Handover Documentation
Completion Criteria
Mirantis will have completed these Services when the in-scope Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed and delivered to the client Project Manager.Pre-Requisites
